This was a fun one. JFX200 head #1 change, but issues arise. Turns out the Subtank sensor was bad and ink went into the air tubes after I installed the head and attempted to do a Subtank charge. Had to replace air tubes and sensor before attempting this again. All good in the end and customer very happy with results.

Found this leak while figuring out the air tube situation. The connector from the bottom of the pump to the tube going to the head was leaking. Replaced the connector to resolve leak.

Mentioned to client that they may have some curing issues if they don't get this lamp cover replaced. Once replaced make sure to clean it more often

The test print for the 2nd head was not showing up at all. Client mentioned that awhile back they had a head strike and the head plate peeled up. So they pulled it all off. This is what it looks like now and needs to be replaced as well.
